What we’re looking for:

Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring global product stewardship compliance by managing
Safety Data Sheets (SDS), labels, and GHS/Dangerous Goods classifications for
Indorama Ventures Oxides and Derivatives products. Provides regulatory guidance
to business and R&D; teams, supports new product development and distribution
activities, and ensures accurate, timely responses to customer inquiries while




maintaining compliance and minimizing regulatory and business risks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Author, review, approve, and release complex Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and
product labels using the SAP SDS Authoring platform.
* Ensure SDSs and labels remain up to date by identifying and implementing
changes in GHS and Dangerous Goods classifications.
* Maintain the accuracy, quality, and availability of product data required for
SDS and label creation.
* Partner with R&D; and business teams during new product development to ensure
regulatory requirements are met through the New Product Introduction (NPI)
process.
* Generate SDSs and labels for new products to support their secure marketing,
transportation, and use.
* Review and evaluate product submissions and workflows within internal project
management systems.
* Monitor new and emerging regulations, assess business impacts, and
communicate required actions and implementation timelines to stakeho
