This role is responsible for managing end-to-end Payroll and Benefits processes
for the Mumbai office ( India Payroll only) , ensuring accurate and timely
payroll processing and administration of employee benefits, including insurance,
Provident Fund, and other mandated and firm sponsored programs. The role is
responsible for tracking and analyzing benefits data, maintaining compliance
with statutory, tax, labor law requirements, and handling payroll
reconciliations, statutory filings, and regulatory reporting with a strong focus
on data accuracy, integrity, and internal controls.‑to‑end Payroll and Benefits

The role is responsible for tracking

law requirements, and handling payroll reconciliations, statutory filings, and
regulatory reporting with a strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and
internal controls.

Your role

* Process salary, reimbursements, gratuity, superannuation, EPFO, and other
statutory benefits in accordance with company policies and statutory
requirements.

* Manage vendor invoices end‑to‑end, including validation, accruals,
reclassifications, and amortization prior to submission for payment.

* Support bookkeeping and accounting activities related to payroll and benefits
expenses.

* Perform headcount and benefits reconciliations across HR, payroll, benefits,
and finance systems.

* Manage and coordinate vendor agreements and medical insurance renewals GTL,
for the Mumbai office.
