We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead with a robust background
in Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Master Data Management (MDM) to lead the
design, development, and implementation of enterprise data solutions. You will
play a pivotal role in shaping our data architecture, ensuring data consistency
and driving data governance initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities but not be limited to:





* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, business
analysts, and product owners to define data strategies and roadmaps.

* Design and implement data models, data quality rules, and integration
patterns for master data domains (e.g., customer, product, vendor).

* Mentor and guide a team of developers and data engineers, fostering a culture
of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

* Evaluate and recommend MDM tools and technologies; lead POCs and vendor
assessments.

* Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.

* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data
management and integration.

* Assist in the development of proposals for emerging opportunities.

Required Qualifications

* 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or related
fields.

* Proven expertise in ETL and MDM platforms
