Job Summary
NextGen is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Prepare and deliver customized business proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing, operations,



and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums when required.
Required Skills
