About the Role

As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for managing Test Activities in Test
Domains organization servicing multiple categories and different tasks. The
individual would be responsible for overall planning, budgeting, growth,
delivery, process efficiency and productivity for their respective work groups.

What You Will Do

* Monitoring of Project Health by publishing TOP 10 Test Metrics and take
corrective action if Metrics do not meet criteria.
* Responsible for building quality Test Infrastructure & Test Farms
* Team Building & Bonding, Travel Management, CAB Requests and Budget planning
* Responsible in Organizing events to increase staff motiva
