The Trainee Executive – Hotel Operations is responsible for supporting the hotel booking team in managing accommodation requests for corporate travelers,



seafarers, executives, and VIP/CIP travelers. The role provides hands-on exposure to hotel reservation processes, supplier coordination, customer service, and travel operations while ensuring timely and accurate execution of booking requests.
The position is responsible for performing the following activities
Main Responsibilities and Tasks
Assist in processing hotel booking requests and obtaining accommodation options
Coordinate with hotels and suppliers for reservations, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
Support the team in maintaining accurate booking records and documentation
Respond to routine accommodation-related queries from travelers and stakeholders
Monitor booking requests and follow up on pending confirmations
Ensure booking data is accurately updated in the relevant systems
Assist in preparing operational reports and booking summaries
Support handling of urgent book
