As a Guidewire Integration Developer - Sr. Manager, you will specialize in
developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform, a software
suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration,
claims management, and billing. Within our Business Application Consulting
practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing
client needs, implementing software solutions,
and providing training and
support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and influence to deliver
quality results. You will motivate and coach others, solving complex problems
and applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action or escalate issues.
Your role involves crafting and conveying transparent, impactful messages that tell a
holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems or
