This role is responsible for leading and supervising Single Audit engagements
and assuming full responsibility for all phases of the audit, including
planning, risk assessment, internal control evaluation over compliance, testing
of major federal programs, and reporting. This role includes oversight of
compliance with Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and applicable federal agency
requirements, as well as the preparation and review of the Schedule of
Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA).

By performing detailed compliance testing, internal control assessments, and
analytical procedures, the Audit Manager evaluates whether federal awards are
administered in accordance with laws, regulations, and grant agreements. Audit
Managers identify, communicate, and assist in resolving audit findings and
compliance issues,



coordinate with federal and state oversight agencies as
needed, and ensure timely and accurate issuance of Single Audit reports.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Technical

* Determine appropriate Single Audit objectives, scope, and methodology,
including identification of major federal programs, risk assessment, and
compliance requirements in accordance with Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200)
and applicable federal agency regulations.
* Lead and plan Single Audit engagements, including coordination of financial
statement and compliance audit components.
* Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of Schedules of Expenditures of
Federal Awards (SEFA) and related disclosures.
* Review audit workpapers, compliance testing, internal control documentation,
findings, and reports to ensure adherence to professional standards and firm
quality requirements.
