People Technology is the central hub for all Amazon people data. Our product and technology provides the foundation for a multitude of key human resource processes, from on-boarding of tens of thousands of temporary employees during peak holiday season, capturing time-related events across an associate's day to day activities, to integrating critical employee data to internal and external systems. We implement and build highly secure, global software that allows Amazon to effectively manage the workforce, resulting in a better employee experience and a better bottom line.

* Own and manage the TimeHub product roadmap across multiple geographies, balancing business priorities with customer needs
* Drive strategy and execution for key product areas, including pay calculation and time tracking systems
* Partner with engineering, design, operations,
