Root Cause Analysis & CAPA Management/: Use 8D approaches, 5/-Why analysis, and Ishikawa frameworks to conduct organised engineering investigations into internal scrap spikes and customer quality complaints in order to implement long/-term remedial changes. Compile PPAP documentation packages for customer submission, conduct thorough First Article Inspections, and work closely with the tooling and validation divisions throughout trial samplings.
