The PRD Implementation & Change Management Leader serves as a global process,
adoption, and change leader for GE HealthCare’s Phase Review Discipline and
Product Lifecycle processes. Partnering closely with the PRD Design Senior
Director and the Innovation Management System (IMS) team, this role ensures that
PRD processes, tools,



and learning systems enable a user- and customer-centered,
compliant, and effective approach, supporting high-quality and timely product
development.
