Key Skills/: Advanced Blueprint Reading & GD&T; Competency/: A thorough comprehension of tolerance frames, datums, concentricity, flatness, and true position variables, as well as complete fluency interpreting complex industrial drawings. Injection Moulding Process Literacy/: A solid operational grasp of how key processing factors directly affect product dimensions and aesthetic flaws, including melt temperature, injection pressure, holding time, backpressure, and cooling cycles. Precision Metrology Instrumentation/: The ability to operate specialised inspection tools, such as torque testers, height gauges, digital callipers, pin gauges, CMM equipment, and surface roughness instruments.
