Role Description
The Legal Intern will support attorneys with day-to-day legal work in an on-site role based in Jodhpur. Responsibilities include assisting with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and preparing case files under supervision. The intern will help in matters related to banking and finance law, civil and criminal litigation, and arbitration, as assigned. Additional tasks may include organizing documentation, attending client meetings and court proceedings where appropriate,
and maintaining accurate records. This is an internship role designed to provide practical exposure to law firm practice and professional development.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Law and a robust interest in litigation and advisory work.
- Candidates should possess skills in Legal Consulting and the ability to analyze Legal Issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal paperwork.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enrollment in or completion of a law degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Strong research, critical thinking, and attention to detail, with the ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
