About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Presales Engineer with experience in the Oil & Gas engineering domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding client requirements, preparing technical proposals, and supporting the business development team in winning projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze RFQs/RFPs and understand client requirements in the Oil & Gas domain
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, scope documents, and effort estimations
- Coordinate with engineering teams to validate scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Participate in client discussions, pre-bid meetings, and technical clarifications
- Develop solution approaches aligned with client needs and company capabilities
- Support cost estimation, resource planning, and risk identification
- Maintain proposal documentation and track bid status

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- 2–4 years of experience in presales or proposal engineering within Oil & Gas / EPC industry
- Solid understanding of engineering deliverables such as Piping GA, Plot Plans, Support Drawings, etc.
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Plant 3D, E3D/S3D, or similar is an advantage
- Good understanding of project lifecycle, scope definition, and estimation techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
