Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities for Brandom Consultting, with a focus on brands and professionals seeking strategic content and digital visibility. This full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting service offerings,



and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing. The role includes collaborating closely with strategy and content teams to tailor proposals, preparing and delivering client pitches, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. The Business Development Manager will track market trends, gather client feedback, and support the refinement of service packages and positioning. Regular reporting on performance, revenue growth, and pipeline health is expected, along with representing the brand at events, networking opportunities, and online outreach.
