The Senior Manager Marketing & Communications will be responsible for leading all internal and external communications across the Multicon Group and its diverse entities (Real Estate, Forex, Travel, etc.). This includes corporate branding, public relations, digital presence, content, design, and internal communication. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on capability to guide, supervise, and collaborate with the digital marketing team, graphic designers, and social media professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Define & execute an integrated communications & brand strategy for MG & its various business units.
Ensure entity-specific brand positioning while maintaining an overarching group identity.
Work closely with the management team to promote organizational values and strategic priorities.
Lead the digital strategy across all entities, aligning campaigns with business objectives (e.g., lead generation, traffic growth, brand visibility).
Supervise/mentor the Digital Marketing team including SEO/SEM specialists, content creators, social media managers,



and performance marketers.
Ensure solid SEO practices are embedded across websites and content; monitor keyword performance, backlinks, and technical SEO health.
Guide graphic designers and content teams on visuals, creatives, and campaign aesthetics.
Ensure brand-consistent design and messaging across all digital and offline channels.
Oversee and approve content calendars and brand messaging for social media platforms.
Manage media relationships and ensure timely PR activity, press releases, interviews, and event coverage.
Build the Groups image through public messaging, CSR communication, and social media interactions.
Drive internal communication, employee newsletters, CEO messages, and updates on policy or events.
Support change management, HR campaigns, and cultural initiatives through structured messaging.
Work with external PR agencies, advertising vendors, design studios, and event managers
