Job Description – Sales Manager (International Sales)

Position: Sales Manager – International Sales

Location: Delhi -Wazirpur Industrial Area

Experience: 5–8 Years

Industry: International B2B Sales | IT Hardware
US shift - 7pm to 4am

Key Responsibilities:
- * Lead, manage, and mentor an International Sales team to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- * Drive team performance through regular coaching, training, performance reviews, and one-on-one feedback sessions.
- * Monitor daily sales activities, call quality, pipeline management, and conversion rates to maximize team productivity.
- * Allocate targets, track individual KPIs, and ensure timely achievement of business objectives.
- * Hire, onboard, and develop new sales team members in collaboration with the HR team.
- * Build a high-performing sales culture by engaging the team through recognition, incentives, and continuous learning.
- * Conduct daily team huddles, sales reviews, and strategy meetings to improve performance.




- * Develop and implement sales strategies for acquiring new international clients across the USA, Europe, and other global markets.
- * Support the team in handling key client negotiations and closing high-value deals.
- * Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and business partners.
- * Review sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline reports to identify opportunities and improve team performance.
- * Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- * Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM updates, and company policies

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
