Role Description
The Global Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving international revenue growth for Niraltek’s AI, IoT, and IIoT solutions. This role involves identifying and developing current markets, building and managing a global sales pipeline, and nurturing strategic relationships with key decision-makers across industries.



The Global Sales Manager will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to understand customer needs, create compelling value propositions, and support end-to-end solution delivery. Daily activities include leading sales presentations and demos, preparing proposals and commercial negotiations, monitoring sales performance metrics, and providing market feedback to guide go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications
- Strong global B2B sales and business development skills, including experience with enterprise accounts and complex solution selling.
- Proficiency in consultative selling, stakeholder management, and account planning to build long-term, value-based customer relationships.
- Solid understanding of AI, IoT, IIoT, and digital transformation concepts, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
