Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team for a 6-month on-site internship. You will work closely with customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, provide timely support, and help them maximize the value of the LineupX platform. This role offers hands-on exposure to customer success, product, and operations in a rapid-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through the LineupX platform.
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and calls.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to resolve customer issues.
- Track customer requests and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for users when required.
- Gather customer feedback and share actionable insights with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Create and maintain customer documentation, FAQs, and help articles.
- Support customer engagement and adoption initiatives.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Basic understanding of SaaS produc
