Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will educate customers about ÉyRy’s services, address their queries, ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and provide prompt after-sales support to maintain long-term customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Explain ÉyRy's services, subscription plans, hiring process, and company policies.




- Guide customers in selecting the most suitable staffing solutions based on their requirements.
- Build trust by providing accurate, transparent, and timely information.

After-Sales Support
- Handle customer requests after placement, including replacements, service concerns, and general assistance.
- Coordinate with the operations and relationship management teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up with customers until their concerns are fully resolved.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle.

Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record customer feedback and escalate recurring issues for process improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
