About the Role

Ritikart is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to lead customer acquisition and digital growth across Google and Meta advertising platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable personally managing campaigns, analysing performance data, improving customer acquisition efficiency, and working closely with the content and e-commerce teams to improve conversion and revenue growth.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys working with data, experimenting with campaigns, and taking ownership of measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute,



and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and remarketing campaigns, as relevant to business objectives.
- Manage Meta prospecting, retargeting, catalogue, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Develop campaign structures based on product categories, customer segments, geography, and purchase behaviour.
- Monitor and optimise CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, average order value, and other relevant growth metrics.
- Conduct audience, keyword, competitor, and search-intent research.
- Design and manage structured experiments across audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and campaign objectives.
- Work with the Social Media & Content Associate to develop advertising creatives and campaign-specific content.
- Coordinate improvements to product pages and landing pages based on campaign and conversion data.
