Key Responsibilities

SAP Finance Leadership
- Lead end-to-end SAP Finance (FI/CO) solution design and implementation.
- Drive business requirement gathering, solution blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Provide functional leadership across Finance transformation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of SAP Finance solutions with business objectives.

SAP Solution Architecture
- Design enterprise-wide SAP ECC Finance solutions.
- Define application architecture, integration strategy, and system landscape.
- Collaborate with Basis, ABAP, Security, MM, SD, PP, and other functional teams.
- Recommend best practices for performance optimization and process standardization.

Delivery & Project Management
- Lead multiple SAP projects simultaneously.
- Manage project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Review project deliverables and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Team Management
- Manage and mentor a team of




20+ SAP consultants (FTEs)

- Allocate resources, monitor utilization, and conduct performance reviews.
- Drive team capability development and knowledge sharing.
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management
- Engage with business users, leadership teams, and external vendors.
- Present solution approaches and architecture recommendations.
- Conduct steering committee meetings and executive status updates.
