JOB SUMMARY This position is for an experienced electrical & electronics engineer designing the electric vehicle systems and responsible for implementing related to Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for new development, design, validation, and production support.
• Evaluate and recommend battery cells, battery packs, traction motors, BMS, power electronics, and electric powertrain controls for a full range of Electric vehicles
• Identify and support for current electronic components, high voltage routing,
and development of common standards related to high voltage installation on vehicles.
• Designing electrical systems and development with component testing.
• Involment in proto vehicle and production builds with related technical documentation.
• Evaluates electrical systems and their aggregates by conducting research based on customer requirements.
• Researching and testing related to manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
• Knowledge in Manufacturing processes by modifying equipment for assembly of electrical components.
• Testing finished products for its function and quality system capabilities.
• Preparing product reports by collecting data, analyzing, and summarizing the information.
• Contribution to team by accomplishing related results as needed in electrified powertrain architectures & systems.
• Benchmarking activities, technology evaluation projects, and participate in development of validation standar
