As a Consultant, Technical Transformation in Deloitte Consulting’s AI & Engineering practice, you will deliver Guidewire-focused technology solutions that help clients modernize core insurance platforms. You will work across requirements, development, testing, and deployment activities while producing high-quality work products within defined timelines.



This role offers the prospect to contribute to large-scale transformation programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply engineering capabilities to industry-specific business challenges.

Work you’ll do:
As a Consultant, Technical Transformation on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to support sector-aligned solution delivery.
- Design, configure, and develop Guidewire integration components and application enhancements across the software development lifecycle.
- Support deployment, defect resolution, and quality review activities to help maintain delivery standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives that improve project outcomes.
