We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely support and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Conduct regular client meetings and share service updates.
- Prepare client reports, feedback, and relationship status updates.
- Identify opportunities for business growth through existing clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Hotel Management, Aviation Management, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience: 4–5 years in Client Relationship Management, Guest Relations, Customer Success, or Client Servicing.
- Candidates from Hotel/Hospitality or Aviation backgrounds will be preferred.
