Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Sourcing Manager role based in Maharashtra, India. The Sourcing Manager will oversee identification and evaluation of suppliers for construction materials, design elements, and services required for villa plot development. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely procurement, and maintaining quality and cost efficiency across projects. The role involves collaborating with project management, design, and finance teams to forecast demand, optimize inventory,



and streamline procurement processes. The Sourcing Manager will also monitor market trends, assess risks, and implement best practices in sourcing and vendor management to support project timelines and business goals.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in procurement and vendor management, including supplier identification, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects, preferably in premium residential developments.
- Proficiency in cost analysis, budgeting, and basic financial tracking related to purchasing and sourcing decisions.
- Ability to manage timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and sustain long-term supplier relationships.
