Key Responsibilities
- Building platform-wise social media strategy and calendar
- Support content planning content packaging (captions, hashtags, thumbnails etc.)
- Manage daily publishing scheduling across platforms (Meta/Instagram / YouTube etc.)
- Research contribute ideas for tentpole events and festivals
- Track and identify emerging social media trends before they peak; propose relevant content opportunities
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and platform scans to identify best practices content opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for asset development
- Monitor comments / community sentiment and surface key observations to team
- Work with analytics dashboards to extract key insights and learnings

Must-have Skills




- Proficient in English and Hindi (Written and spoken)
- Solid understanding of social media platforms content formats (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, etc.)
- Awareness of popular culture, kids entertainment space is a plus (not mandatory)
- Attention to detail, organised and proactive mindset
