Key Responsibilities:

Lead and create creative design solutions for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, social media, advertising, packaging, and more.
Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop and execute visually compelling campaigns that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing feedback, direction, and training to foster their growth and improve overall design quality.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Take the lead on creative direction and concept development, ensuring that designs are impactful, original, and aligned with brand identity.
Produce high-quality mockups, prototypes, and final design files for both print and digital production.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects and improve design processes.
