Position Title: Sales Manager

Location: Chhindwara / Seoni / Betul / Balaghat / Mandla

Department: Sales – Multi-brand Automobile Dealerships

Role Purpose

To manage and grow dealership sales operations by leading the sales team, achieving volume targets, improving customer conversions, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience across all showroom activities.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned brand(s) and location(s).

Lead and monitor the sales team to ensure solid enquiry handling, test ride conversion, booking closure, and retail delivery.

Plan and execute local sales activities, promotional events, and market outreach programs to increase footfall and lead generation.

Monitor the complete sales funnel, follow-up discipline, and lead conversion through CRM/DMS systems.

Maintain stock planning coordination with the finance and inventory teams to ensure availability of fast-moving models.

Handle customer negotiations, escalations,



and special cases to ensure smooth deal closures and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with marketing, customer experience, finance, and delivery teams for seamless showroom operations.

Ensure proper documentation, compliance with OEM processes, and timely reporting of sales performance.

Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to improve sales strategy.

Motivate, train, and review the performance of sales executives and team leaders regularly.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

4–8 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Experience in dealership sales preferred.
