Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager – Sales & Marketing is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the construction sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, leading the sales team, preparing project proposals, overseeing branding initiatives, and leveraging digital marketing channels to generate qualified leads and strengthen the company's market presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and secure current business opportunities in commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors,



government agencies, and corporate clients.
- Lead the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely submission of quotations and proposals.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and after-sales support.

Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
