About the Role

AppXcess Technologies is seeking an experienced
ArcGIS Developer
to join our Geospatial Solutions and Enterprise Applications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise GIS solutions using the Esri ArcGIS platform. You will build GIS-centric business applications, configure enterprise workflows, develop web and mobile GIS solutions, integrate ArcGIS with enterprise systems, and support Smart City initiatives for government and enterprise clients.

This role requires hands-on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, Workflow Manager, Experience Builder, Survey123, Field Maps, Dashboards, ArcGIS Hub, and ArcGIS REST APIs. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, GIS Specialists, Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative geospatial solutions.

This is a
fully remote position
supporting our




United States (Pacific Time Zone - PST/PDT)
operations. Candidates are expected to work during
US Pacific Time business hours
and maintain consistent availability throughout the workday. As the role involves close collaboration with US-based clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, candidates must be comfortable working in the
US Pacific Time Zone (PST/PDT)
and participating in project discussions, client meetings, deployment activities, and production support during those hours. Strong communication, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential.
