About the Chance:

Kelly is partnering with a leading global MedTech organisation to recruit an experienced
Regulatory Moderator
to support the EMEA Copy Approval process.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring advertising, promotional materials, and product claims are reviewed, approved, and managed efficiently within a highly regulated environment. Working closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and Compliance teams, you will coordinate the end-to-end copy approval workflow, facilitate review meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and help drive continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a regulated industry, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Copy Approval & Workflow Management




- Manage the end-to-end copy approval process for promotional materials and product claims across the EMEA region.
- Perform quality checks on incoming submissions to ensure completeness and readiness for review.
- Coordinate and manage multiple submissions simultaneously, ensuring progress through the approval workflow within agreed timelines.
- Create and coordinate review meeting agendas where required.
- Moderate copy approval meetings, documenting actions and ensuring effective follow-up.
- Lead discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate timely approvals.
- Monitor submission status, manage pending actions, and ensure all required changes are implemented before re-approval.
- Manage re-approval activities and verify that updates have been accurately incorporated.
- Support asset management activities by ensuring approved materials are correctly maintained in accordance with document
