Job Summary

B R Bang Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to operate and maintain production machinery while ensuring smooth manufacturing operations. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring electricity usage, ensuring effective utilization of power, and reporting any electrical or machine-related issues to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently as per standard operating procedures.
- Set up, adjust, and monitor machines to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Identify and report machine faults or breakdowns immediately.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily output reports.
- Ensure product quality by following company quality standards.
- Monitor electricity consumption during machine operations and ensure optimal power utilization.




- Switch off machines, lights, and other electrical equipment when not in use to prevent power wastage.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding electrical or mechanical issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the machine and production area.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and use the required PPE while operating machines.
- Support production targets by minimizing machine downtime and maintaining operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
