Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Nalapad Academy in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding of academic and non-academic staff, performance management, and employee relations.



The Human Resources Manager will design and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect the academy’s values of care, inclusivity, and professional excellence. Day-to-day tasks include managing payroll and benefits administration, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and school regulations, and supporting leadership with workforce planning. The role also involves organizing training and development initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and serving as a trusted point of contact for staff concerns and queries.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR operations, including payroll management, advantages administration, and HR documentation.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR policy development in an educational or similar setting.
