Job Description

Requirements
- 16+ years of overall qualified experience, with a strong focus on delivering large-scale, complex programs within the Retail and CPG domain.
- Proven track record of overseeing end-to-end delivery for multi-million-dollar accounts in a global or distributed delivery model.
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L;, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for an account.
- Extensive background in handling large, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.
- Deep expertise in managing enterprise-level customers,



including building and sustaining strategic relationships at senior leadership levels.
- Strong experience in pre-sales activities, including leading new sales leads, responding to RFPs, reviewing contractual documents, and converting opportunities into active customers.
- Solid understanding of delivery governance, quality standards, and best practices across the project lifecycle.
- Proven ability to define delivery methodology, resource plans, governance frameworks, and solution approaches based on high-level requirements.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of Agile-Scrum methodologies is a significant plus.
