Position: Assistant Accountant

Location: Lucknow
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Assistant Accountant to support our finance and accounts department. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records and financial documents.
- Record daily financial transactions and bookkeeping entries.
- Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Prepare GST data and assist in tax-related documentation.
- Maintain vendor and client payment records.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors and other departments when required.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Data entry and record management skills.

Soft Skills
