About the Role

We are hiring an experienced
VMOC / US HR
to support our US Healthcare Staffing team. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication, strong coordination skills, and hands-on experience working with
US Healthcare clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms
.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and MSPs for
submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, placements, and extensions
.
- Act as the bridge between
Recruiters, Clients, Account Managers, Credentialing, and Operations
.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and escalations professionally.
- Attend client/vendor calls, prepare meeting notes, and drive action items.
- Track candidate progress from submission to onboarding and extension.
- Monitor upcoming requirements and ensure timely recruiter follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate ATS/VMS updates and operational trackers.




- Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience
in
US Healthcare Staffing Operations, VMOC, US HR, or Recruitment Operations
.
- Mandatory experience
working with
US Healthcare clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms
.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
(this is the most important requirement).
- Strong client coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as
Ceipal, Bullhorn, or similar
is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced US staffing workplace.
