We are seeking two experienced D365 CE Technical Developers / Consultants to design, build, and deliver customisations, integrations, and extensions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, primarily across the Sales and Customer Service modules.



The role requires strong hands-on technical skills combined with solid functional understanding of D365 CE, working closely with business analysts and solution architects to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and unit-test customisations within D365 CE, including plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and JavaScript/TypeScript client-side logic.

• Build and maintain integrations between D365 CE and other systems (ERP, middleware, third-party applications) using Dataverse APIs, Azure services, or Power Automate.

• Configure and extend D365 CE Sales and Customer Service modules – entities, forms, views, business rules, security roles, and business process flows.

• Develop and maintain Power Platform components (Power Apps model-driven/canvas apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports) supporting the CE solution.
