About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Procurement Manager
to lead sourcing and procurement activities for our
Beauty & Personal Care
category. This opportunity is available on both a
full-time and part-time basis
, offering flexibility for experienced professionals who can efficiently manage sourcing and vendor relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong supplier network, excellent negotiation skills, and experience working with authorized distributors and modern trade channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Source Beauty & Personal Care products from authorized distributors, manufacturers, and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities to expand the supplier network.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and reliability.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely procurement and order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory requirements and plan purchases to avoid stock shortages.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and international quality standards.
