Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned qualified with a strong background in organic certification to step into a senior role within our inspection team. As a Senior Inspector, you will bring both technical expertise and mentoring ability to the table, overseeing audit execution, driving quality across the division, and playing a key role in the development of our Inspectors.





Key Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and documentation of audits.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor Inspectors, serving as their direct superior within the Certification Division.
- Conduct and document witness inspections of Inspectors as part of competence evaluation, authorisation, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Carry out lead audits of Inspectors at least once a year or as required, with findings documented and reported to the Division Head.
- Compose audit teams and ensure all team members meet the required competence and independence criteria in accordance with ISO 17065 and NPOP accreditation requirements.
- Ensure all participating personnel have signed the Confidentiality Agreement and relevant work instructions prior to the commencement of any evaluation.
