Cath Lab Nurse (Junior)Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Junior Cath Lab Nurse to assist in providing high-quality patient care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with the Cath Lab team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
- Assist cardiologists during angiography, angioplasty, pacemaker implantation, and other Cath Lab procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms throughout procedures.
- Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed.
- Maintain sterile technique and infection control standards.
- Prepare, check, and maintain Cath Lab equipment and supplies.
- Assist with patient recovery and post-procedure monitoring.
- Educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
- Participate in emergency response during cardiac events.

Qualifications
- GNM or B.Sc.



Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.
- 1–3 years of nursing experience (Cath Lab or ICU/Cardiac Care preferred).

Required Skills
- Basic ECG interpretation.
- Knowledge of sterile procedures.
- Solid communication and teamwork.
- Ability to work in emergency situations.
