Role: SAP Vistex AMS Consultant

EXP: 9+Years

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

9+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Vistex.

Experience in Application Management Services (AMS) or Service Delivery projects.

Strong knowledge of Vistex business processes, configuration, and support.

Experience with:

Rebates Management

Chargebacks

Billbacks

Incentive Programs

Royalties

Pricing Agreements

Contracts and Claims

Valuable understanding of SAP SD and integration with other SAP modules.

Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management.

Knowledge of SLA management and ITIL processes.

Experience in production support, enhancement, and release management.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Vistex integration.

ITIL Foundation Certification.

SAP SD functional knowledge.

Exposure to SAP Fiori and SAP BTP.

Experience in global AMS support engagements.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
