Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) working in the GCC shift, with six working days per week and a base location of HSR Layout (for organizational alignment and occasional on-site requirements, if needed). The BDE will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads from GCC markets, conducting outbound calls and follow-ups, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline. Daily tasks include explaining Codeyoung’s offerings to prospective learners and guardians, managing demos or consultations,



and converting inquiries into enrollments. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, updating CRM tools, tracking performance against targets, and sharing feedback to refine outreach strategies. The BDE is expected to maintain high standards of customer service and communication while working independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or inside sales, preferably in EdTech or services targeting international markets such as GCC.
- Comfort with cold calling, lead qualification, and managing a structured sales funnel using CRM or similar tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time across GCC shift hours, and handle six working days per week.
