Job Summary

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, and end-user systems. The role ensures seamless IT operations, data security, system availability, and timely technical support to employees across corporate offices and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Management
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, and other IT hardware.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, and internet connectivity.
- Ensure smooth functioning of servers, storage, and network devices.

2. User Support & Helpdesk
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot system, application, and connectivity problems.
- Install and configure operating systems, applications, and peripherals.

3. Software & System Administration
- Manage Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook,



Teams, and other business applications.
- Create and manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions.
- Coordinate with software vendors for issue resolution and upgrades.

4. Cybersecurity & Data Protection
- Ensure antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security solutions are updated.
- Monitor system security and implement IT security policies.
- Perform regular system backups and support disaster recovery processes.

5. Asset & License Management
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
- Track procurement, installation, warranty, and replacement of IT equipment.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing policies.

6. Network & Connectivity
- Configure routers, switches, VPNs, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with ISPs for internet and leased line services.
