Role Description
The Freelance Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting screening calls, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves talent mapping, maintaining candidate pipelines, and updating recruitment trackers and reports to ensure accurate, timely information.



The Freelance Recruiter will collaborate closely with client and internal teams, provide regular updates on hiring progress, and uphold a professional, inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, and market research to identify and attract qualified professionals.
- Experience with resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment to support effective hiring decisions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices in inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring.
