Your impact

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer with experience in an Engineering Design Consulting workplace to support industrial projects across Semiconductor, Specialty Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Biochemicals, and Data Centers.

Key Responsibilities

Senior process engineering activities from Basic Engineering, FEED, and Detailed Engineering phases.

Develop PFDs, P&IDs;, Heat & Material Balances, Equipment Sizing, and Process Control Narratives.

Perform process simulations and safety studies (HAZOP, SIL, PHA).

Design utility systems including Steam, DI Water, Chilled Water, HVAC, Instrument Air,



Wastewater Treatment, and Chemical Delivery Systems.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, licensors, and vendors.

Review vendor documents, support proposal preparation, and ensure timely delivery of engineering outputs.

Support commissioning and startup activities.

Here's what you'll need

Skills and Competencies Required:
10-12 years of experience in Industrial Projects within a Design Consulting organization.

Experience in Semiconductor, Specialty Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Biochemicals, Industrial Chemicals, or Data Centers.

Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, Aspen EDR, AFT Fathom, PipeFlo, HTRI, and Plant Design Software.

Strong technical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
