Role Description
The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of event production activities. This role involves managing production schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring all event materials and setups are delivered on time and to required standards. The Production Supervisor will monitor workflow on-site, assign tasks to production staff, and resolve issues that may arise during setup and execution.



The position also includes maintaining quality and safety standards, optimizing resources, and communicating clearly with stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly from pre-production through post-event wrap-up.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead production teams, delegate tasks, and provide clear direction on-site.
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Schedules to organize timelines, allocate resources, and coordinate logistics effectively.
- Candidates should possess Production Management skills to oversee end-to-end execution, manage vendors, and maintain quality and safety standards.
