Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Liaisoning Architect with handson experience in Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) projects. The role requires expertise in preparing proposals, coordinating with government authorities, and managing approvals under DCPR norms.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit SRA proposals, feasibility reports, and redevelopment plans.
- Liaise with SRA, MCGM, MMRDA, and other statutory bodies for timely approvals.
- Manage documentation for LOI, IOA, CC, and OC.
- Coordinate with societies, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with DCPR 2034 and other relevant regulations.
- Provide architectural and technical support for project development.

Job Summary

The Liasoning Architect will spearhead the regulatory lifecycle of redevelopment projects under the SRA framework. This role demands an expert who can navigate the interdependent relationships between project stakeholders, slum dwellers, and government authorities. You will be responsible for obtaining all necessary sanctions,



ensuring that the project adheres to the specific Development Control Regulations (DCR) governing SRA schemes while leveraging data management to track complex approval timelines.

Key Responsibilities (SRA Specific)
- SRA Sanctions: Lead the process for obtaining Letter of Intent (LOI), Intimation of Approval (IOA), and Commencement Certificates (CC) from the Slum Rehabilitation Authority.
- Documentation Management: Oversee the preparation and verification of Annexure-II and other critical eligibility documents.
- Authority Liaison: Act as the primary representative for the firm at the SRA office, Collector's office, and relevant municipal departments. This requires high-touch interpersonal negotiation to resolve sensitive stakeholder issues.
- Scheme Compliance: Ensure project designs maximise the available FSI/incentives offered under SRA regulations (e.g., Regulation 33(10)) while maintaining technical viability
