Studio Manager
to lead the member experience, drive sales, and ensure our studios run seamlessly every single day.

What You'll Do

Membership Sales & Growth
- Convert walk-in enquiries and leads into memberships.
- Drive renewals, upgrades, and referrals.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
- Re-engage inactive members and help grow our community.
- Achieve monthly membership and revenue targets.

Member Experience
- Be the primary point of contact for members.
- Build lasting relationships that encourage retention and referrals.
- Collect member feedback and work closely with trainers to deliver an exceptional experience.

Studio Operations
- Oversee front desk operations across our studios.
- Manage check-ins, attendance, memberships, and billing.




- Maintain high studio standards and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Work with vendors and support daily operations.
- Prepare weekly operations reports for leadership.

What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in operations, client servicing, hospitality, retail, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Solid sales ability with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Comfortable using CRM or studio management software.
- Confident handling calls, WhatsApp conversations, and face-to-face interactions.
- Experience with premium brands, luxury hospitality, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle businesses is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Based in Jaipur or willing to commute to C-Scheme.
