Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with 6+ years of accounting experience to manage financial records, ensure statutory compliance, prepare financial reports, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and ERP/accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file tax returns and coordinate with tax consultants when required.
- Reconcile bank accounts,



vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams regarding financial matters.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- 6+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Robust understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software (such as Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or Microsoft Dynamics).
